Where is Cass Sunstein’s "Obama- moustache?" Why does he try to hide it, given that his protégé, Obama, wears his moustache with such pride? Obama was essentially created and promoted by a British Imperial conspiracy, similar to that British-run conspiracy that put Adolph Hitler into power in the 1930’s. The British have installed Obama to fulfill his mission to run roughshod over the US Constitution, killing Americans with his "useless eater" euthanasia program known as Obama-care, assassinating American citizens without judicial review who he has deemed "terrorists," and waging war on nations such as Libya under the banner of Cass Sunstein’s wife Samantha Power’s Atrocities Prevention Board. Even the most ardent "moustache deniers" cannot now deny this conspiracy to create Obama in the likeness of Adolph Hitler.
There is now further evidence of Obama’s ongoing fascist coup, coming from the leaked document, FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations, showing the plans to set up camps that will "re-educate" political dissidents for an "understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions." The document also contains plans for forced labor, which begs the question of whether they will put "Arbeit Macht Frei" over the archway into these detention facilities? Cass Sunstein is undoubtedly excited at the prospect of using these facilities to reeducate those political dissidents that are spreading "false conspiracy theories", which was the subject of a paper he wrote way back in 2008, called Conspiracy Theories. This paper promoted the idea of using agents to infiltrate political organizations by hitting their "chat rooms, online social networks, or even real-space groups," using methods of those "handmaidens of British Colonialism"1See, INSNA: Handmaidens of British Colonialism, Is the Devil in Your Laptop?, pg. 20-30. in the field of Social Network Analysis.
Cass Sunstein coauthored Conspiracy Theories with Adrian Vermeule, who in turn also coauthored a paper entitled Demystifying Schmitt, referring to the Nazi Crown Jurist, Carl Schmitt. It was Schmitt’s "Fuhrerprinzip" theory that became the justification for the dictatorship of the Adolph Hitler, which argued that in a time of crisis, the leader is the judge, jury, and executioner. From Vermeule’s article: "Schmittt noted that ‘the extraordinary lawmaker’ [i.e.., the President of the Reich] can create accomplished facts in opposition to the ordinary legislature. Indeed, especially consequential measures, for example armed interventions and executions, can, in fact, no longer be set aside." Schmitt’s arguments were the basis for the Bush Administration’s "unitary executive;" the same unitary executive theory that Obama denounced in his 2008 presidential campaign. Yet, Obama is now trying to outdo the Bush Administration in his race to establish a Hitler dictatorship, and destroy our Constitution; specifically, the separation of powers.
Sunstein takes on the issue of the separation of powers contained in the case "Marbury Vs. Madison", in an article in the Yale Law Journal, entitled Beyond Marbury: The Executive’s Power to Say What the Law Is, where he writes that he is "…grateful to Adrian Vermeule for many discussions." In his introduction, Sunstein writes: "There is no reason to believe in the face of statutory ambiguity, the making of federal law should be settled by the inclinations and predispositions of federal judges. The outcome should instead depend on the commitments and beliefs of the President and those who operate under him. My major goal in this Essay is to vindicate the law-interpreting authority of the executive branch."
So again, Cass, where is your moustache?
The issue facing our nation right now is nothing short of the issue of the issue we faced in our founding: are we worthy and capable of self-governance? These were the fundamental issues that the founding fathers were grappling with in such works as the Federalist Papers. They knew that without the principles of the general welfare, posterity and sovereignty, there would be no concept of government of the people, by the people, and for the people, lasting through the generations and representing something more fundamental and important than the individual mortal life. Without that constitutional conception, there would only be tyranny under a queen, king or emperor, or today’s variety of dictatorship represented by Obama.
These fundamental constitutional principles form the core that underlies the LaRouche National Slate platform: Glass- Steagall, national banking, and NAWAPA XXI. These are the only competent presidential policies on the table right now, and we are mobilizing a national movement around that. Removing Obama, and the adoption of the NAWAPA XXI resolution, is today’s test for whether we are worthy and capable of self-government.
