LaRouche: Obama Facing Four Impeachment Crises at Once
May 17, 2014 • 7:57AM

Lyndon LaRouche noted on Friday that President Obama is facing four major actions any one of which could lead to his early impeachment. These actions include the newly established House Select Committee on Benghazi, the ongoing battle with the U.S. Senate over the release of the unclassified report on the CIA's torture/renditions program, the continuing NSA revelations about illegal spying at home and abroad, and the battle to force him to release the 28-page classified chapter from the original Joint Congressional 9/11 Inquiry.

What is becoming increasingly likely, LaRouche noted, is that several of these scandals will escalate at once, creating an interaction that would be like a buckshot spray. LaRouche noted that the most damning Constitutional crimes of Obama are those related to crucial economic issues. "Obama has violated the General Welfare clause of the Preamble to the Constitution, and this is perhaps his gravest crime of all. When I look at the needy in this country, when I look at the plight of veterans, when I look at the disintegration of the economy since Obama came into office, I see high crimes and misdemeanors that have been willfully committed. It is time for Obama to be removed from office by Constitutional means. Then we can get on with the urgent business of saving the United States and, by so doing, saving Europe as well."

LaRouche noted that he has designed a four-step recovery plan, starting with the immediate reinstatement of Glass Steagall. "Get rid of Wall Street and we can solve any of the grave problems facing our nation in time."
